But if you are going to sleep, the first thing you have to do is to wake up. In real life, I have no idea if I’m going to sleep at all. There are really a lot of things on the surface called “sleep.” I have a habit of thinking there is more to life than what you are doing. But if you plan ahead you can try to get up early and avoid the morning feeling of doing nothing. So if you try to get up in the morning and just do it, you’re going to wake up late.

The problem is that everything is always at the moment to be done.

The best way to deal with that is to find a way to live a life in the moment, and just focus on the right things, the ones that are right now.īut at the same time, when I try to find that balance between not doing everything now and taking the time to do everything now, it’s something that can get really frustrating. We’re constantly in the moment, whether it’s thinking about the future or planning for the future. Its definitely a case of “not now, not when, just right now”! But it happens so often that I think people forget about it. It’s a way to find balance, and that can be really helpful.
